If you are using having trouble linking your Etsy, please try temporarily disabling the pop-up blocker on your browser.
If you are using Edge and are still having trouble after disabling your pop-up blocker, log in to your Canapy on a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Safari) and try again. Once successfully linked, you can return to using Edge.
Please note, if you are using a free account and are already using your one free connection for Shopify or Squarespace, you will need to upgrade to a premium account to add another connection.
