1. Log into your Canapy account
2. Go to Menu > Settings > Application Settings
3. Under CONNECTIONS select the icon for the application you wish to link to your Canapy
4. Enter your credentials for the application you are linking and click LOG IN
5. Repeat these steps for each application you want to link
*If you are using having trouble linking your Etsy, please try temporarily disabling the pop-up blocker on your browser.
*If you are using Edge and are still having trouble after disabling your pop-up blocker, log in to your Canapy on a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Safari) and try again. Once successfully linked, you can return to using Edge.
Please note, if you are using a free account and are already using your one free connection, you will need to upgrade to a premium account to add another connection.
